It’s crazy to me how Crack/Heroin/Speed run this place they call “Van City” without shame or hiding. I saw base-heads lighting up in the street on a huge base pipe in broad daylight, (camera was not out in time) so here’s an official encyclopedia image:

It was like some New Jack City/Thriller Video mash-up, I kept expecting to see dudes with dusty hi-top fades coming out of sewer caps.

BITE!!!

These few examples of KAT VON D merch is a bite off the LA COKA NOSTRA logo I designed and illustrated. Me and Dannyboy came up with the concept in 06′ and since then LCN and I have colab’d on modified versions of the logo, as well as several streetwear labels such as RLHDZ, Crooks, The Hundreds, Recon, Etc. But this is a straight BITE!! NO ONE CALLED ME, DANNY, ILL BILL OR ANYONE… do not support this BS. If Kat Von D has not seen the logo I would be surprised, but I do know how merch companies operate….they hire chumps sometimes.


These chumps think they can get away with straight rips. Parody is one thing, re-using a design from 20 years ago is one thing, but please! this logo was done in my apartment in Echo Park with my bare hands and has since taken it’s place as an icon, and La Coka doesn’t even have an album yet. They’re making themselves look stupid by slaping together a crappy half ass copy which cheapens the real shit.
